reinstalled windows 7 can't connect to wifi - help!

After a disastrous download of windows 10 I uninstalled it this morning and asked to reinstate windows 7. All seemed fine but I can't connect to the wifi. Coming back with Page cannot be displayed. Please, can anybody help.

Are you connected to your WiFi signal? Check Device Manager and make sure the wireless network card is there without errors. If it has errors, delete it from Device Manager, download the drivers from the vendor's support site and install it again.
