First gaming PC build! How does it look?

Well, not much more to it, I would just like to know how this build looks for being only 900 USD (With Windows 10) and if it would be upgradeable in the future, and there are a few other questions...

Does a mATX motherboard look awkward or out of place in a mid tower case, with it being smaller than a regular ATX?

Is that motherboard good? I know nothing about motherboards.

Should I stick with the MSI Gaming 1060 or drop the price down and go with the 250 USD 1060 instead?

Should I lower the price by going with the 35 USD Windows 10 key off of /r/microsoftsoftwareswapper?

I was just thinking for how damn big games are these days, will 1TB be alright with a 240GB SSD?
That also puts me over the 900 I want to spend, is an SSD really worth it?

I have a huge Steam inventory of games and I can barely fill up the storages. 1TB and 240GB sounds just right.
