Black screen and gpu fan gets so loud

Hi, I installed new rams for my desktop.I also installed a new gpu (GTX 1060 Founder's Edition). On the firdt day I had some black screen issues and I guess that oriblem was from the high frequency of the ram so I made them run on 1866MHz which got rid of the black screen after starting up. Well, the next day, I played with no issues. I encountered a bunch of game freezes but I guess that could be related to the game driver's. However, yesterday while my GTA V online was loading. The fans sounded so s
Loud. The screen became black. I felt the air rushing outside the GTX 1060. Is thiscard having issues or faulty?

Yeah, black screens, not booting and loud fans on startup usually mean it's dead or about to die. R.I.P.

Well I asked for a return, I'll be using the asus strix version with 3 fans instead. By the way, I installed my old gpu (Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 OC 2GB Dual X) and everything is working as normal. Would this mean it's my gpu for sure? I'm sorry, but that noise was kinda terrifying to hear; it was the first time my pc was that loud after removing the amd fx stock cooler xD
