So do these components work together?

So I'm thinking about building a new pc and just wondering do all these components work together.

They are:
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB Ram
ASUS Z170-E LGA 1151 Intel Z170
a i7 6700k cpu
A corsair h110 cpu cooler
A NZXT h440
And a corsair RM850X power supply

They will work together. No problem. Solid choices on parts. You are lacking graphics card though.

However if you will play games only on pc and no video editing and such, get an i5 6600K and save some money.

Okay thank you. Also I'm going to get 2 GTX 970's, will a 850w power supply be okay for that?

Corsair RM850x is a very good power supply.

I will also say get a single GTX 1070. You will get better consistency in game play. And you will get newer technology. Will also use way less power, so you will be saving money in electricity bill.
