Which motherboard will be best suited for mu build

My build is

AMD FX8350
Geforce GTX 970 G1 gaming
hyperXFury (8*2)GB ram
Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 Mother Board
Cougar CMX 700w
Cooler master

and i wanna get a new MOBO and my problem is that i can't figure out which one is better in these three choices

I think that's a big part of the problem.

Another part of the problem may be the CPU cooler. Are you using the one that came with the 8350? If you are, I would go for the Cryorig H7.

I ended up using my stock cooler to test my pellet gun's penetration with different types of pellets :)

Well, i laready have a problem that my cpu drops from 4.0 ghz when playing games to 1.4 ghz which makes frame drops in all games, when i posted a thread someone told me that the problem is the vrm as it gets heated and throttle the cpu

do you think that this might be the problem and buying a new mobo will solve it
