Good FPS in games but mouse lag

I just recently built my first gaming PC and everything is going well except for the mouse. The mouse and keyboard both work fine on other computers but on mine even though I am averaging about 60 fps. The mouse is really stuttery and sometimes stops moving entirely. Please help I miss my PC games lol

The mouse that isn't working on my PC Desktop does work on my laptop and my other Desktop

Have you tried all the available USB ports on your desktop?
