I have 1 server with windows server 2008 have 2 NIC card and USB internet Device Server is connected through 1 NIC card named Intranet with Switch and switch is connected with WIFI router. i want to all PC get access to internet through server without installing to many services. From client PC's ping is going successfully to server IP 192.168.0.1 but internet is not browsing any website so what i do?

You need to get a router that can be used with your cell data plan and the USB stick you have for that.

Something like this https://www.amazon.com/Cradlepoint-Mobile-Broadband-Router-MBR900CP/dp/B002SBH9B2 It's best to talk to your service provider first as not all routers work with all USB modems.

You already have two NICs in your server. You can install RRAS role on the server, and configure it as a NAT between your LAN where the modem is, and rest of your network.
