Saw an ad, contacted guy, his asking price is low compared to others so I'm a bit skeptical. He says its sealed and I've tried to have him contact me by phone, but kinda ignores my request in the email and responds to the rest. Other than getting robbed lol (I'm bringing a friend) what should I look for??
Sorry if this sounds dumb but I've never purchased agraphics card brand new prior to this. Thanks in advance !

A friend is not gonna do it, make sure you doing the transaction in front of a police station.

Have the person open it before handing the cash over
