Problem with Geforce GT 420

Hi guys, i have one problem exactly i installed new win 7 and tried to update my graphic card driver which is gt 420 latest driver for that and i can turn pc on i turn it on and it just freeze at win loading screed and hdd lamp or that lil red lamp just stops i can run safe mode but i cant run normally windows i tried just driver and tried with Geforce Experience even didnt work can someone please help me motherboard is: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/NF520TC35.html#hero-overview
 
Solution
Go to safe mode, uninstall all nVidia programs, remove the card from Device Manager, reboot. Once it's loaded, don't do anything to the video card, run the drivers from MSI for that motherboard, check for a newer BIOS. Wait till Windows runs it's updates. Check if the drivers for the video card got installed through Windows Update.
