So I've got an MT Optiplex 390, i5-2400, MS0520 board, that has an oem 265w psu. I was thinking about throwing in a graphics card and a power supply that had the connections for said card and power required. So I get a new 600w, observe a light on the board when switch is flipped on, but no juice when I press the power button. Tried starting with a screwdriver to where the Power buttons wires connected to the board. Thinking maybe I killed it I placed the old one back in to tell this tale. I'm just confused as to why it wouldn't boot. I've been looking for the dell oem motherboard dia, but I'm not finding anything useful not the mention this board doesn't look like it needs adjustments for... more power? Let me know if you've had or know a solution to this problem. Also let me know if you need more to go on.
