Got a couple questions about my motherboard

Building my first PC, I have some questions about my motherboard. My motherboard is ASUS Maximus VIII Hero Alpha.

1. Can someone please tell me what drivers do I need to install. I did try google, but no answer.
Here is the download page , I have windows 10 64 bit. http://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/MAXIMUS%20VIII%20HERO%20ALPHA/HelpDesk_Download/
2. What should I download for my fan control?
3. Is it necessary to update motherboard BIOS, if so should I update it before or after installing Windows.

Utilities are just that, utility programs, only load those you might want. The SATA drivers are probably 1) an Intel driver and 2) a Asmedia driver - load both, your SATA ports are split between the two controllers - best to plug your primary drives to the Intel ports, I use the secondary controller (here an Asmedia) for things like CD/DVD drives or seldom used storage drives

Get the latest BIOS first and install it. What OS? Install it and turn off Windows updates. Then on the drivers page download and install the latest versions of each driver. The Hero has fan control built into the BIOS can also use the utility program (downloadable)

Why should I turn off Windows updates? On the drivers page under SATA, there are 2 files, do I need to install both files? Also under Utilities tab there are 32 files, do I need install those as well? Thanks for the reply.
