I need everything to be off of amazon prices and triple screen and will run at 80FPS minimum at max settings for 6-10 hours at a time on games like Black Ops 3 and GTA 5 and American Truck Simulator and real Graphics inducing games and games like Fallout 4 with like a graphics optimizer to make it more HD. And I do need a disc drive for this as I own rFactor on disc and it'd definetly run on this computer and I plan on getting the parts in about a months time

There is the guts of what you're asking could downgrade to a 6600k and leave a bit more for monitors

Solution
I mean it's technically possible, but there's going to be some corners cut and IF my below assumption is correct.

OP said only Amazon, so I'm going to make an assumption he has Amazon Prime so everything will have free shipping. That means this build fits in at $2013 before shipping. However I would really recommend spending a bit more on several components like the case and the motherboard, although this 1080 is really overpriced and there will be cheaper ones available soon.

Actually I dont have Amazon Prime so yea and I dont care too bad about shipping cause I'll probably just purchase it around that time and I can possibly push it to 2250 but I think I'm gonna wait until around or a little past September 20th which will give a month till my birthday which is what I'm getting this PC for.
