Hello I recently upgraded my old pc, replaced my, cpu. The cpu is i5-4690k and mb: z97 gaming 3, after all wiring and such I started pc everything worked but then windows loading appeared and BSOD,..... and pc restarts. Help I writing this from phone, :(

Solution
if it a new install of windows on the pc. go into the bios turn on xmp profile and make sure sata ports set to achi. in the bios look at the bios rev of the mb make sure it up to date. if it not use a usb stick and download the newest bios file and use the bios updater inside the bios. if you did not reinstall windows it going to crash from newer drivers trying to install over old. boot into safe mode and remove all the drivers in device manager. also if the old pc drive was set tto ide and now it achi mode it crash.
