Should I reinstall windows with a motherboard change?

I just switched to a i7 5775C and an msi gaming 5 z97 mobo from an 8320. Windows 10 booted. Is this normal? Should I still do a fresh install still, or will my computer work normally?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes it works, but with little issues that crop up later.
