CS:GO lagging with high fps?

Hey, when i play csgo on 1920x1080 the game feels stuttery/laggy even though i get 100+ fps. Sometimes i get 200+ fps and it still feels stuttery.

Specs:
i5 760 2.80GHz
GTX 650ti
8 gb ram

Is there anything wrong with my pc? or should i just upgrade some of my parts? if so, which ones?

For CS:GO your computer is fine. I'd just make sure you arent running any applications in the background that could be gobbling up CPU power as you dont have a very powerful CPU.

The CPU and GPU are a bit outdated, but like I said more than capable for CS:GO.
