I was wondering what the difference between Modular and Fully Modular is, I've seen a PSU that is modular, and then one that is fully modular, what is the difference between the two? I already know about Non and Semi modular, but what's a modular compared to a Fully Modular?

Oh gotcha. The first one you listed, the Raidmax, is a semi modular. If they don't list it as fully modular chance are its semi. You can tell from the pictures that the 24pin and 8pin cpu cables are hard wired in to the PSU. They're using the fact that they can call it a Modular PSU as a marketing point to try and get people to see if that might not have if they listed it as semi. Also, avoid Raidmax, they're pretty much trash PSU's.

Yes, I know that, but I saw this PSU that is labeled "Modular" by the looks of it it's "Fully Modular" but not labeled as that...

Then there's your standard higher end "Fully Modular PSU like -

And that's labeled as fully modular.

My point is, is there a difference between the two, as one is labeled as "Modular" and the Other "Fully Modular"

Good to know, do you know of any good ~50 USD PSUs Semi modular is fine I have a 520w fully modular one in my PC Part Picker build for 64 USD or something like that

Perhaps semantics, or perhaps marketing, or perhaps mis-labeling.

Modular could either mean fully modular, or semi-modular. There are plenty of examples where "Modular" description has been applied to both full modular units and also to PSU's that are semi-modular.

Fully Modular implies that every cable from the PSU secondary is detachable and the PSU is therefore of a fully modular design. In practice this is found to be the case for PSU's found so far. Don't recall seeing any PSU with the description "Fully Modular" that is in reality a semi-modular unit.

If there is any doubt as to whether a PSU is actually fully modular or semi modular, then refer to PSU manufacturer and/or to reputable reviews to confirm PSU secondary cabling configuration.

Not off hand, 520w is an odd duck for semi modular. PSU prices are kind of insane right now so I couldn't find something that hit under $60 that I would consider "good". This is a good thread to look at for models ranked by tiers.
