can a intel i3 3rd gen, nvidia ge force 260, 4 gb ram run AC unity??

No it will not run. AC: Unity requires a DirectX 11 GPU, the GTX 260 only supports up to DirectX 10. The game is also quite CPU heavy, so a third gen i3 might not be enough for optimial performance. At the very least you need a new graphics card before you can even attempt to play the game.
