So I have a strix 1070. I am aware of the fans starting up under load, but one of my fans and only one fan will spin for about 2-3 seconds, stop, then immediately spin for 2 or 3 more seconds again, indefinitely. Under load though the strange lone fan will spin without stopping.
I know that the fans change speed according to load. However I am concerned that the other two fans stop completely while one fan will start and stop and start and stop repeatedly even at cold temperatures. I wanted to ask before I try to RMA it completely. It is only a week old.
