I recommend changing them out purely because of the noise they give off.
The Fractal HP series are my go-to fans for the great performance and noise they have, and come in at a respectable price and look amazing from the side.
Build quality is top notch, and the warranty is also great.

The stock fans on AIOs are typically not very good for static pressure, but Corsair's are decent enough, albeit loud.
Some good choices are as follows:
Budget- BitFenix Spectre Pro (Very basic build quality, made of mostly plastic, but solid performance for a dirt cheap price)
Mid range- Fractal Design HP-12 (Looks nicer than the Noctua, and has similar performance. Dead quiet, same as the Noctuas.)
High end- Noctua NF-F12s (The best, not much else to say here. Static pressure is good, whisper silent. Colors are offputting though, only comes in beige, or the LTT orange and black versions.)
