Asus bios will not load optimized defaults. I used the easy tuning one too many times and now whenever I try to run most games they crash after a short while and completely freeze my computer, I've tried restoring optimized defaults, but whenever I go back into bios to check it suggest the same changes every time, it's simply not doing anything.
I also occasionally get an overclocking failed message, but that's only after I've used the ex tuning again.

My motherboard is an Asus ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150

Can check the manual, there normally a jumper on the mobo you can do it with, or simply unplug the rig, remove the mobo battery for a minute or so reinstall, plug in and boot up (will need to reset the date and time - and possibly set the boot priority for the boot drive
