According to HP your sound card should be Realtek HD audio.

Get those drivers from HP and install them.
This audio AMD is from your GPU HDMI , since when you connect via HDMI it transmits sound to TV usually, at least that's how its made.
But if you don't have a working soundcard you wont be able to hear sound even via hdmi.

Whats your sound setup? I mean what cable are you using for sound, hdmi?
Digital display audio/Amd high definition audio is hdmi.
May i repeat the question what is your PC make/model please. It will help us help you.
My thought on the issue after 'cleaning memory' Windows 10 may have gone through a recovery process if something was corrupted and possibly now generic Windows drivers are being used.
Depending which device you're using for sound (not sure yet), if it is your AMD gpu, did you get drivers from AMD.com?
