Hey there.
That's odd. If the only issue is a corrupted file system (as it's usually what one might expect after an interrupted data transfer) you should still be able to get more data about the device than that. Would you please post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management when you have the flash drive connected to the computer. Here's how to open Disk Management:

I'd advise you to try the flash drive with a different device as well, to see if the same thing happens. You could also try downloading its manufacturer's formatting tool (most SD card and flash drive manufacturers offer such tools for their devices) to see if it can recognize it and reformat it so that you can use it normally.
