Case: Corsair Carbide 300R (no window)

Hey,

Right now im using 4 fans.

1x 120mm Rear exhaust
1x 140mm Top exhaust
2x 140mm front intake.

I still have fans left over, thats why I maybe want to use them.

Is it a good idead to have 3 exhaust fans and 2 intake fans? So 2 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust.
I want a good airflow, I dont really mind if theres more dust getting into the case then (I will just clean it more often)

I agree usually positive pressure is considered more desirable (more air going in than is being exhausted). If you had 3 exhaust and 2 intake at the same speed you would have negative pressure, which would cause the case to suck in air from all the cracks and vents in your case this will lead to more dust build up. I would keep it how you have it now.

Well, I dont really mind if my PC is a bit louder (its not really loud right now anyway) cause im using headphones all the time. I just want to get the best possible temperatures with air cooling. And I dont know if one more exhaust would help with the temperatures.

Or I could try to mount an intake fake on the bottom of the 300R (I dont know if that is possible tho, cause theres nothing open to get air from the outside)

The setup you have now should be more than adequate for case airflow I doubt adding another fan intake or exhaust will do much unless your making crazy heat inside that case with like an open cooler design sli setup or something.

Intel Xeon E3 1230v3 and Palit GTX 1070 Super Jetstream. But I need to say, im using 3 HDD's and 1 SSD so my HDD rack is full (and one of the intake fans is infront of the HDD cage)
