Psu Problems or Motherboard?

Hello everyone,

I got a problem, My pc is not booting up... the last week i noted that it toke a long time before my bios showed up even i got a SSD in my PC. Yesterday the PC was fine aside the long startup (1/2min) but today my pc is not booting up.

I read the sticky about cables etc, i followed it and no succes..

Anyone a clue what the problem is?

Things that can be noted:
- All fans works (Cpu, GPU fans, PS fans, the the other general fans for airflow)
- On my motherboard there is a led shining " audiboost" (ive a z97 MSI)
- My PC-CD rom player can open and close (instantly)
- If i click on the pc power button, it will show a blue led colour
- All usb ports are not working, No signal to my monitor
ive a Steelseries sensei mouse, normally if i activate my computer it automatic shows a light, but today its not showing even if activate my computer (showing the blue power button led)
- No Bios screen
- No weird noises
- Normally if my lan cable is connected into my Motherboard it shows a red light, but right now it doesnt.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K Boxed
GPU: 970 gtx windforce
PS: Corsair CX600M
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical (2x 4 Ram)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-G45 GAMING
HD: 1TB WD Blue
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120 Gb

This just happened out of the blue? I agree that the CX600 is not very good but im not sure it would cause a problem like this. Does it make it to the windows logo? If it just randomly happened I would try clearing the CMOS your mobo manual should tell you how to do this properly with the plastic jumper, or you can unplug the pc and remove the battery on the mobo for a few minutes that should clear it as well. I would recommend you look in the manual for the proper way to do it.
