Hey, maybe u know what kind of noise is that. When i do like stress test on gpu it starts to make strange sound. It doesn't sound like it would be coil whine, more if it would be like grinding or smthn. I looked at fans seems good. I changed fan speed to 100% with msi but not in stress test and everything seems fine. So it can't be fans. Sounds like from gpu not from psu. Sometimes, not every time when i play League of Legends the sound appears at v-sync 60 fps. If i turn vsync off and fps cap put higher the sound starts to get louder. I tried to do start test straight after night when it wasn't heated up or smthn. There was no sound. After playing Fallout 4 for like 20 mins maybe sound started to appear. On high fps like 2500 i can clearly hear coil wine. I checked for wires if touching the fans but it can't be because like when playing game and minimizing it the sound suddenly goes away, but when the same game is open it starts again. Maybe it's coil whine but much lower pitched. SO yeah maybe u could help or smthn. I could record that sound.
