Since today we have 500Mbps up/down (so we should get ~63MB/s up/down which we get via the speedtest.net results). but when im downloading something via chrome it downloads with 448KB/s. My other other computers download with a max speed of around 1.5MB/s using chrome. via origin 22.44MB/s and steam 3.7MB/s with a peak of 40.1 MB/s we have gigabyte switches and cat 5e cables (we only use cables no wifi). All my computers fully support 1Gbit. my question is why is the download speed so slow?. normal browsing and watching youtube videos at 4k goes without a hitch.
