Hi, guys. So I have been looking for a solution to my problem but failed to find any.
These are my PC’s hardwares:
•Palit GTX 970 4GB Jetstream.
•Asus B150 Pro Gaming Aura.
•Intel Core i5 6600.
•8 GB of RAM.
•Cooler Master V650.
This is a new PC and has never had any GPU installed. So whenever I install the GPU and try to boot the PC, it just won’t boot. The CPU fan will spin up and then stop and then spin again but never boot. I have reset the BIOS but failed to get it to boot. Please help me?

Silly me I forgot to update the BIOS. Issue resolved!
