Cant boot with 16gb of ram

I baught the exp gdc and tryied to install it on my Hp envy 17t-j100 16gb of ram but I couldn't install it, so I tried with only 2 gb of ram and finally I was able to install it, but now I can't boot when I install the16 gb of ram:??:

i just solve it, the thing was that i just needed to update the bios, but thanks for your time, appreciate
