Partition Merge Problem

I am trying to merge a partition of my SSD back to its main partition " c: " but i can't, the partition i am trying to merge back is unallocated and 16,5 Gb and main partition " c: " is 215.4 GB. could someone please detail everything step by step so it's easy for me to do thank you... oh and the c: drive has the OS on it (windows 7)

But the partitions are non adjacent and that seems to be my problem, how do I move the partitions next to each other without modifying sizes ?

Never mind i fixed it , it was simply the partition named other that was getting in my way
