I have that same mobo processor combo. On that cooler I've gotten about 4.5gz stable but that will vary chip to chip. That's not a complete build, you need ddr3 ram, a graphics card, case, psu, and some form of storage.

Far newer CPU architecture with better performance.

change that i7 to an i5, save $100. Upgrade the graphics card with the savings. You can get a pretty badass setup for $1500 with periferals. A 1070 and a sky lake i5 are within reach at that price point. Not sure why you switched to liquid cooling, for most applications a $40 heat sink fan cooler will compete with almost all aio water coolers. Unless you just can't stand the look of air cooling, add that money to your gpu budget.

Imo means in my opinion, that's less computer talk and more milenial speak. Id say go for a 1070 if you can and really any ddr4 is fine, just try to get 16gb.

Dude, why do you want to go with a lower clocked memory module when you can buy a memory with a higher clock? Just don't always go for the looks if you really want good performance. Just having a rig with awesome colors ain't going to do any better for your performance.
Anyway, i tweaked it according to your preference and here's the list : http://pcpartpicker.com/list/ym7skT
