Ive just installed my 1070 on a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and I notice that most games run at around 60 fps but produce fps drops well into the 30s . I also notice that most games show texture pop ins which should never happen. My PSU and coolers have all been recently replaced too so they should not provide a problem. Even while using programs such as chrome i see very minute flickers. Ive tried changing the global settings in the nvidia control panel and also installing hotfix and older drivers with ddu but nothing seems to help. Another problem is that with even the highest and also medium settings the anti aliasing cannot prevent the games from showing jaggies in most games. I dont think that the gpu is faulty but can someone please tell me whats going on.
