Before I start my story, these are the things that I've tried.

- resetting clrtc using jumper
- resetting bios by removing battery
- moving GPU sli slot
- moving around ram sticks
- reinstalling cpu+cpu cooler
- reconnecting all connectors from PSU to mobo/other stuff
- trying both monitors
- booting up into bios (doesn't work, no display + no power in KB+M)

Okay so I was playing overwatch (GPU can handle it, runs 75fps at epic settings) and at one random time I was talking with friends on TeamSpeak and my screen froze. My screen froze with the display still on (no black screen), and I thought that a blue screen was gonna happen but I waited for minutes and nothing happened. So I just held my power button but it wasn't working, my computer wasn't turning off so I had to flick the switch on my PSU. Then I tried turning it on because I was in a competitive game which was timed, if I left the game I had a specific amount of time to join back. But when I turned it on, no display was showing up. Here is everything that was on and running.
I tried thumbtack to see if someone could help me but the guy said that it's probably a Windows update conflicting with my GPU driver. honestly, it's been a while since Windows 10 had an update, and it updates automatically. + my drivers are always updated

- all the fans inside the case
- CPU cooler
- GPU fan
- CPU led was solid red (BUT, in the 7 months I've had the PC, the CPU_led has always been red.)
- the green light that used to be on my motherboard that was flashing solid is no longer there, but that was during the process of trying to fix it. in simpler form, my computer broke and I tried turning it on and the green light was on. after trying a lot of different things, I realized there was no longer a green light which means I did something wrong or I'm not sure but even before the green light disappeared it was already broken

- the KB/M is not turning on, same with any other USB devices.

Here are my specs:
- GTX 670 FTW edition (dual monitor compatible)
- ASUS m5a99fx pro r2.0 MOBO
- corair vengeance 4 sticks of 4gb ram
- EVGA supernova 650W 80+ gold
- WD 1tb hdd caviar blue
- 250gb SSD , can't remember brand
- AMD fx-8350 cpu
- cooler master hyper 212 evo CPU cooler

peripherals:
razer anansi keyboard
razer naga 2012 mouse
razer kabuto mousepad
Plantronics gamecom 780 headset

^^^ none of those peripherals turn on, I don't hear a beep either but I've never heard a beep when my PC turns on for the last 6 months.

edit: power button has no light around it, still works but is receiving no LED light around it

Solution
If PC is actually on with no display, first thing to check is the video card, you don't have video on the motherboard so test with another video card and/or test your card in another system. After that do the same thing with the power supply.
