Voltage locked on the new gtx pascal cards?

hi, is the voltage locked on the new gtx 1070? I've be over locking mine but changing the power in Msi afterburner seems to have very limited effect. Up from 1.062v to 1.09 I think. I have read it's locked in the bios at 1.09v. Are there any bios updates ppl are using to get more volts / clock out of the new cards?

the card is very limited and won't oc beyond what you will see with just boost speeds. no custom bios that i have seen so far. just be happy with what you get from the card and enjoy the gaming. there is so little to be gained it is not worth the headaches.
