What is the best cpu for 50 to 100 euros for an i7 6700k

Hello thank you for reading and helping me out!
I have an Cosmos S case and I'm gonna upgrade to the i7 6700k and I need an new cpu cooler I looked a few up and I wanted the d14 noctua but it doesn't fit in my case so which cpu cooler is good and will fit in the cosmos S? I really need the help guys thank you.

The Cryorig H7 will fit in your case

I'll always recommend 212EVO. I think it'll fit, but you'll have to look at dimensions.

It's 4.1mm too tall. You may be able to get it to fit if you grind off the tips on the heatpipes but I do not recommend this.

I would never even suggest that as I've seen too many posts beginning with "My cooler didn't fit so I cut off the tops of the pipes and now my new computer just keeps turning off" where they opened the pipes and ruined the heat pipes.

If you close them properly after shaving them down (not just cutting them) then the problem isn't as bad. However, I still don't recommend it at all.
