PC startup problem

I just bought a prebuilt gaming PC today and it works fine but whenever i turn the PC on its shows random writing with a black background but it is supposed to show the motherboards company but it doesn't.

The things it says are

IDE Channel 2 Master Disk HDD S.M.A.R.T capability . . . . Disabled

PCI Devices Listing . . .

A picture would be useful, where as ambiguous terms are not very helpful for troubleshooting.

I think the error you're seeing is related to the Silverlight plugin, which Netflix uses to play movies and TV shows on your computer.

No software plugin is going to show anything before windows starts loading.
This issue is at the hardware level if the OP sees this instead of a bios screen BEFORE seeing the Starting Windows screen.

Splash screen or logo turned off in bios...???

What is your motherboard?

If the splash/logo has been disabled, all you will get is the Post screen, which is what that looks like
