Thank You for your advise. :)

I know it is an old sistem but like an older post of mine in which I said: " I now have a Dell Dimension E521 with
850 W power suply,
4 GB DDR2 Ram,
Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+, 3200 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s),
and AMD Saphire R7 240 2GB DDR3.",
This is an old system as well maybe older but it has been able to resist up to games from 2013 very smoothly. But now I am giving this computer to my sister and I only have $200 dollars at the moment.
So I am just looking for a computer that can resist games at least from 2014. Also I want a reliable computer that goes fast in which I can make and edit videos for my youtube channel.
But what custom system would you suggest and how much would it cost?

Hello jonmoya73,

Winterra has posted a new reply to your question "Newest video card for DELL OPTIPLEX 780 on the buget"

Winterra
Why custom system? Just build your own.

There's a PC from Origin called the Chronos"

Yes I would like to build my own system but I don't have enough money I am about to go to university and I don't have a stable job.
