Gaming MoBo for 6th gen i7?

Looking at the Z170 Chipset and I am realizing how hard a decision this is to make. So I need some help from the community. Going to get an i7 6700K processor so I am looking at MoBos which use that chipset. (Chipset Z170/Socket LGA1551) Right now I am debating which one to get. Each has its own issues and horror stories of randomly crashing or something else going wrong and creating a huge problem. So I am trying to find one that has the least amount of risk involved especially since I do not want to be out $200-$300 if it craps out on me.

Prospect 1: Gigabyte GA-Z170X Gaming 7
Looks pretty cool, is supposed to be one of the more powerful MoBos in the price range, but it seems the audio messes up a lot and there does not seem to be a fix for it.

Prospect 2: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K6
This one is also a prospect because of the great reviews of its power, however it has even more negative reviews than the Gigabyte, sound is also an issue but apparently the whole MoBo has completely crapped out in some cases. IDK about this one to be honest.

Prospect 3: MSI Z170A Gaming M7
Has that cool red and black like the tower I want and like the Fatal1ty, but again many horror stories about the board being DOA and not being able to boot properly because the BIOS needs an update to start. Can't really do a lot of troubleshooting since I am relying on a buddy who took like one computer science class at a community college. My knowledge is severely limited.

Prospect 4: MSI Z170A Xpower Titanium
This basically runs off the same platform with the same problems as the M7 with the benefit of being $40 more expensive and having better OC capabilities

All of these are prospects, I just want a solid, no-hassle motherboard, which is going to meet all my gaming needs.

If it matters to anyone I am looking at the GeForce GTX1070 GPU to put in it, I am sold on that and they come in a lot of variations that I can get them to match the MoBo so its not a huge deal. Also would like to have at least 32G of RAM 64G ideally, has to be easy to use since I am pretty new at this stuff, Putting it in a full ATX tower, Corsair Graphite 780T (Black and Red) if anyone cares.

The last thing is that if I absolutely have to I will get a more high-end board like the Gigabyte G1 or the Asus ROG Maximus VIII Formula, which both sound totally awesome, BUT since I also have to buy the CPU and fan so I can run the board, which will bring my purchase up to almost $1200 after taxes if I go with a board like these.

I'm open to suggestions so lets hear it.

Been using Asrock boards for the last couple of rigs and can always rock solid.
I would perhaps recommend the Extreme models over Fatal1ty, they pack more stuff and still at good price for all the stuff it carries.
And if you want to OC, I don't recommend other brand.

Gigabyte is good, solid boards as well. MSI, not so much as I've heard lately.

Well its more important that I can get what I want out of it. If it can fit what I want in it and it looks good i'll be happy. So here is a list of the other components I plan on putting in there:
Form Factor: Full ATX
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 either Founder's Edition or MSI Gaming depending on color of the MB really
RAM: I need at least 4 RAM slots and I'm going to fill them with Corsair Vengeance 16GB sticks one at time until I reach 64GB RAM
Anything after that is secondary but OC is also important, don't know that I will really need to use it that much but if I need it I want it to be good.
