i have a Pentium E5200. when i play youtube videos the CPU goes up to 100% and the video is laggy. whats the cheapest graphics card i can get? all i want to do is play videos at 1080p 60fps. i would also like to have dual monitors. thanks

-Also, YOU NEED THIS... If your current CPU can't handle videos in 2016, you need an upgrade, it's only $15, please stop hurting yourself with the extreme lack of performance...

For multi monitor support you can get something old like a GTS 250 for around $20 or get a GTX 280 for $40.

thanks but my motherboard doesn't support quad core. It's a dell g33m02. Will I need the processor upgrade if I get the video card instead?

That's a shame, you can use a graphics card but you won't get as much of a benefit. It should run videos though.
