I keep getting Green Screens on my PC (and black)

Okay let me describe this more, just imagine playing a game any game and then your monitor suddenly turns to a green color, and no it's not the monitor that's broken it's something with the PC. It's like the blue screen of death but it's green without any text on it. It happens every day about once or twice. It usually happens when I have played a game that day, if I just watch videos the whole day nothing happens, not in my experience anyways. This happened since day 1 I built this PC my friend who has built PC's before helped me with it and he seemed to know everything he was doing maybe he built it wrong? I have no clue just keep getting a green screen when I game (it happens randomly) and then I have to shut down my PC and start it up again another problem is I have an SSD so I would expect my PC to start up quickly but that's another problem, whenever I start up my PC after the loading screen my desktop just turns completely black but I can see my mouse still and sometimes it even shows Hamachi... info about pc if needed:https://i.gyazo.com/e8f46a716f0fe534ead63d0b610ff5f8.png
