CM Hyper 212 or V8 GTS for i5 6600k?

I plan on overclocking the i5 6600k to anywhere between 4.2 and 4.5GHz, will the V8 GTS be overkill? Will the vapor chamber in the V8 give me temps worth the extra $60?

The V8 is a waste ... tho not sure why you are comparing a $25 cooler and a $100 one

$25 - Hyper 212
$50 - Scythe Mugen Max
$65 - Phanteks PH-TC14-PE
$90 - Noctua NH-D15 / Cryorig R1 Ultimate

For 4.2 Ghz, Id use the Evo... for 4.5 Ghz, Iid use the Phanteks ... also from an aesthetics PoV, you can choose the color of the Phanteks cooler t match case system color scheme
