Basic Skylake (1151) motherboard

I'm looking for to have a basic skylake motherboard under 100 dollars USD. It doesn't need overclocking or anything special, just want one that will be stable and has a reputation of working well.

I'd go with the Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3. It gets better reviews than that ASRock board and I generally don't like MSI parts because I had a few bad experiences with them.
