Small, but powerful card?

Hey guys,
I currently have an 8800gts, and wish to play Fallout 4, so an upgrade is required. The problem is my current card overlaps two of my sata ports, and the only free one left has broke pins.

I need a small card to solve this issue, and it can't bottleneck my CPU, an AMD Phenom II X6 1035t. I'm currently running a 650watt Power supply.

My budget is $120.

That's going to be very tough.
I'd recommend the GTX 750ti. A good ITX version is the EVGA SC.
Going for a $20 rebate at $90 atm.

Found a mini GTX 650ti on eBay for 100 bucks.

650ti is a big drop in terms of performance.
Why would you buy a 650ti for $10 more than the 750ti when it has less performance?
Additionally, it is used, meaning the quality may be questionable.
Go with the 750ti listed above, more powerful for $10 less in the same form factor.
