I built a custom pc with these specs:
Mobo: Msi z87-g45
Gpu: Gtx 960 4 gb ssc ftw
Cpu: Core i3 4130 3.4 ghz
Power supply: shark technology 750 watt led fan power supply

I dont know if it was me going cheap on a power supply or something but for some reason 75% of the times I start up my pc my usb ports detect my usb wireless adapter but then loses it and then it just flickers on and off not staying on long enough for me to use it. This has been going on for a while now but I have found no fix, and you know how warrantys are with pc parts. Please help me with my pc its annoying that i have to restart my pc over and over again to make the wireless adapter work. Also my computer doesnt even recognize a ethernet when i plug it in so no luck in switching to wired internet. Also there is an error that sometimes shows in the start up before bios screen that sometimes says 9c but my wireless adpater works when the 9c is gone. Also it says a2 if thats important.
Please help me

I would get a quality psu, first and foremost. You are taking a big risk, of hardware dying, using a junk unit, like that. Hopefully it hasn't damaged something, in your motherboard, already.
