Hi, so I was playing Overwatch when all of the sudden my screen went black and on of my fans went into overdrive. I shut it off then tried to restart. The pc got stuck in a startup cycle where it would boot up halfway and shut off, over and over again on its own. Now it turns on but there is no signal to my monitors or power to my usb ports. I tried looking at other threads but nothing helped. Tha ks!

1| When you post a thread of troubleshooting it's customary to include your full system's specs otherwise we're left flying blind.
2| Speaking of blind, have you made sure that your PSU was capable of powering your system even at peak load? I say this because it seems like you built the system in question.
3| Have you tried observing your components for any burnt smell?
4| Have you tried breadboaridng your system with the bare essentials?
