Hello im experiencing Random FPS drops from 150 steady on very high to 23, for like 1 second.
I bought a new mobo, so i reinstalled windows and everything along it, drivers , updates, league.
So nothing is outdated or corrupted, since everything is a clean install.
The temperature is max 50 and normal 35/40
CPU: I5 4460
Gpu: radeon 7770
it happens at random times, not necessarily at intense moments, it can be during a teamfight, while staying at base, while walking.
i checked my cpu/ram and according to it, im not even using 50% of my cpu/ram.
