Anyone think or know if I can move my Dell XPs8500 Motherboard to this case

I need to change my case because it keeps overheating when I play games, because of the terrible airflow in this series of dell cases. I was wondering if the motherboard can actually fit into the Corsair Carbide Air 240, as it's from Dell, and although it may be the correct form factor (micro-atx) it may have odd mounting ports? If it can fit into this case I'd be so happy. Otherwise I'm just going to buy a beefier gpu and pray it's airflow is better than my current one.

Solution
just the way some dells are- on a standard I/O plate, it snaps into place- on some dells, it's held in place with pressure from the motherboard. it's kinda tough to explain until you see it. It's also possible it's the pressure type but the hole will accommodate the snap in type. tough to say from the pictures.

yes it will fit . the i/o plate might not fit , but it is no big deal ... you can either ignore it all together or cut it to fit.
