Need to Choose

Solution
Unless i'm missing something, both are almost identical except the asus one has a Parallel port and the msi one has one more usb port. Both brands are reliable so if don't want to toss a coin to choose go for the cheaper one.

Hi,

The different between them is almost nothing except the ASUS comes with built-in GPU while the MSI doesn't which might be the reason the different in the price.
The advantage of the built-in GPU incase the dedicated failed you can still boot to your PC other than that nothing.

ok then i will go with the ASUS one

Both have built in GPU's, its in the CPU not the motherboard. Both motherboards have HDMI, but the Asus also has VGA and legacy ports (com and parallel). The MSI has more USB ports on the back than the Asus. If you don't have a video card, and have a monitor that only takes VGA the Asus would be the better option. Otherwise they're pretty much the same.
