For the life of me can't get anything (OS's particularly) to boot from USB

Hey guys. I've had no issues booting from USB's in the past, and I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

So I'm currently trying to install Linux on Windows 10 so I can setup a dual-boot system. I created a bootable USB with Rufus for Linux.

When I F12 at POST this is the boot order I see:

BIOS - http://i.imgsafe.org/9b2405c8c8.jpg
Integrated Peripherals - http://i.imgsafe.org/9b262e4b32.jpg (I know the boot devices are wrong, everything still skips to the HDD anyway).

Is there something really simple I'm missing here? Every option from the boot menu ends up booting Windows 10 from my main HDD. I can select *Hard Disk and boot Windows 7 from the D: drive as well. Nothing else seems relevant in the other setup utility menu's.

Thanks guys, sorry if this is something incredibly obvious -.-.

Hello... 1) Your Second picture doesn't show you have pressed enter yet... to select a USB device... also you need to save&exit after your selection, in the BIO's.
2) I would suggest First pre-formatting your USB drive as a "FAT32" device... then make BOOTable... this can be done with any Windows OS... rufus is just a few extra un-needed steps. MS-DOS has always had the fast Tools I need for a "Bootable" device.

As a "Simple Test" of your USB drive files... unplug your OS HD/SSD and try a BOOT with just the USB drive inserted.

Thanks for the reply.

All of those options on the second image will boot to the HDD even though they say "USB". The LS120 is just a floppy drive (it's an old case with older drive bays, but the motherboard is still fine and not ancient (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4305#ov))

I tried doing that initially (unplugging both Hard Disks) but it returns "boot from cd/dvd error loading operating system - press enter"
