Hey guys, my first post on here. I've recently upgraded my graphics card from when I built my system at Christmas there. I'm running the following

ASUS Z170 Deluxe MoBo
Intel i7 6700
Nvidia GTX 1070 FE
Corsair 750W PSU
32 GB DDR4 2400 RAM (excessive but I got it very cheep on eBay)

I want to know if it is possible to use my old Gigabyte GTX 960 to drive a second monitor and use the new GTX 1070 for gaming on my 2560x1440 monitor. I know the GTX 1070 Can easily handle 2+ monitors but I want to be able to run other things in the background and not take away processing power from the 1070.

I've found older posts but nothing running Skylake architecture. Thanks for any advice in advance.

Cheers
