I just re-installed my Win 7 and when I installed Chrome, I noticed that for every new page it loads, there are a couple of seconds of "establishing a secure network connection" before entering the webpage. After that, I can re-enter the page very fast, but it's the first time that something goes weird. The problem also appears in incognito mode.
I have the latest version of Chrome, no buggy or necessary extensions, have tried re-installing it (by deleting the Google folder from Program Files and AppData as well) and have also a freshly re-installed OS, so it can't be malware. I have also tried other browsers (IE and Mozilla) and the problem doesn't appear there. Lastly, I have run a Malwarebytes and an antivirus scan and nothing was found on both.
Any idea what it is? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
